Andrew W.K. launches new song for the Championships
10 February 2012 • Most big events have their own theme song. When Andrew W.K. releases his new song, My Time, The World Snowboarding Championships 2012 in Oslo will have two.
This is his second WSC 2012 track, after releasing the catchy party tune GO GO GO GO this fall.
Andrew W.K, in co-operation with the much appreciated musician Marius Hagen from the band Team Me, will release the new tune just days before WSC 2012 is going to blast off. His goal is to amp up the riders to perform to the max during the championships in Oslo.
On the 11th of February the new song; My time, will be performed live on the WSC 2012 opening party at Vulkan. A rock star team will hit the stage, with big names as Rolf Yngve Uggen (Gluecifer/Smoke Mohawk), Fredrik Ryberg (Dunderbeist), John Birkeland Hansen (Dunderbeist) and Magic Magnus.
During the WSC 2012 events, the song; My Time, will be free to download as a gift from us to you, in co-operation with our music sponsors Pepsi Max. DOWNLOAD THE SONG HERE. Pepsi Max will give you the chance to remix the first WSC 2012 song GO GO GO GO. The best remixes will be rewarded!

Santos Party House represented in Oslo.
On Saturday Andrew W.K will be landing his live party concept: Santos Party House at Vulkan in Oslo. He will be hosting the WSC official opening concert, and get everyone warmed up for the opening act with legendary rock band Turbonegro. Andrew W.K will be hosting live concerts during the whole week with big acts like Dropkick Murphy’s, Tommy Tee, Kvelertak and Turbonegro. The Santos Party House is inviting everyone to join in on the fun at Vulkan during the WSC.
My Time is about being the best you can be, which gives you that feelgood feeling. The SWC is a mix of serious competition, fun, music and sport. The SPH will give every one time to chill out and have fun between the battles on the hill, and last, but not least, how to celebrate achievement in retrospect, says Andrew W.K.
